Rouge River Rafting — Nouveau Monde and Propulsion, 10 Minutes Away

The Rouge River is one of Quebec's most celebrated whitewater rivers. It descends from the Laurentian highlands through six consecutive rapids — the Seven Sisters — before joining the Ottawa River. Two major operators are set up on its banks, less than 10 minutes from Maison Kilmar.
Rafting Nouveau Monde
One of Quebec's most established rafting operators, with decades of experience on the Rouge River. Guided runs for all skill levels — complete beginners welcome, more technical sections available for experienced paddlers. Full equipment provided, certified guides, onsite camping and tiki bar. The ideal way to spend a memorable afternoon before returning to the cottage.

Propulsion Rafting & Canyon
Whitewater rafting, zip-lining over the gorge, kayaking, and canyoning. Propulsion is especially well-suited to groups — group bookings available, experienced guides, pool, hot tub, patio, and a pizza café onsite. Perfect for those who want to combine multiple adventures in one day.
